American Sewing Guild is a national organization for people who enjoy sewing. The Plano chapter includes seven different groups that meet at various times and locations. The main meeting is on the fourth Saturday of the month at 10 a.m. at Christ United Methodist Church on the corner of Parker and Custer roads. BNI is a professional business networking organization that offers members the opportunity to pass warm referrals. BNI has more than 5,600 chapters throughout the world. Collin County Rose Society began almost 20 years ago and has been growing ever since. It remains dedicated to the cultivation and spread of information about the best roses in America and the best roses for this area. The society holds an annual Collin County Rose Tour and is involved in many county-wide events.
